Tried this place for the first time & I absolutely loved it. Their jerk chicken is out of this world! It has the perfect kick & an amazing smokey flavor. 10/10 highly recommend.

Seen this place just driving by and had high hopes but was disappointed.
Ordered the fish and rice and peas and there was no gravy on the fish or rice, I was shocked. The service was okay, the lady behind the counter had a bit of an attitude but that's fine. I wish the fish was seasoned more and the flavor was more, the vegetables didn't seem like they were cooked enough. I guess I don't have new Jamaican Spot in Orlando, sticking with the other places I won't mention here. It was extra expensive for the fish with no gravy also. -

This place is usually a really nice place to eat at , the food is so damn good and the ambiance is great as well. I dislike the face that they don't have Mac and cheese as a side dish however they have just about all of the food necessary from Jamaica . Great restaurant that I love to visit with my family. I'm probably coming to visit again next week.

Tried this place today. I ordered through UberEATS. I had been craving Jamaican food for awhile, so this seemed as good a choice as any.
Food: I ordered the jerk chicken with peas and rice, plantains and a fried dumpling. I also ordered a slice of whiting and two patties (one beef one jerk chicken). The jerk chicken was on the bone, which was a little disappointing as I usually prefer boneless breast meat. Also, it had more of a barbecue sauce on it than what I would call jerk. Finally, the chicken was a little undercooked. It was fairly pink in some places, so I didn't eat all of it. What I had wasn't bad, though. The jerk chicken patty was delicious and had some good heat to it, the rice and everything else was fine. 3/5
Price: Even ordering during a rush with an increased delivery fee, the order came out to $25. That's only about $15 for the actual food. Very reasonable, quite a large amount of food. 5/5.
Overall, this place wasn't bad. I'm fairly new to Orlando, so I may try some other places before circling back to this one. That jerk chicken patty changed my life though.
